Photographs in her own record
Staff may photograph Ines during the day and add those photographs to her private learning record, which is visible to you and to her key person only.
Photographs shared with other families
Photographs that include Ines may appear in a group observation shared with the families of the other children in that photograph. She will not be named.
Photographs used publicly
Photographs including Ines may be used on our website, in printed material, and on our social accounts. This consent can be withdrawn but we cannot recall printed material already distributed.
Suncream applied by staff
Staff may apply the suncream you provide, labelled with her name, to exposed skin before outdoor play between April and September.
Local walks
Ines may leave the setting on foot with staff at a ratio of one adult to three children, within the area shown on the walking-route map in the parent handbook.
