The Client shall pay the Charges set out in Schedule 2 within forty-five (45) thirty (30) days of the date of a correctly rendered invoice.
The Supplier may increase the Charges once in any twelve (12) month period on not less than sixty (60) days' written notice, at its sole discretion.
The Client shall have no right of set-off in respect of any sum due under this Agreement.
